N.B: "NPK Removals Calculator" only calculates crop removals in N, P₂O₅ and K₂O. It does not create an actual fertilization plan, since it does not take into account the initial soil resources (for which the analysis of the soil itself is needed), the factors that influence the elements availability (in a positive or negative way), the potential different supply sources (green manures, residues cut, various supplies of Soil organic matter (SOM) , etc), the dispersions (such as placer mining) and the immobilization of nutritional elements. Therefore the N, P₂O₅ and K₂O quantities provided by “NPK Removals Calculator” are the ones strictly necessary to restore in the soil the quantities removed by the sole production.
